At Positive Assistance, we believe in assisting and giving hope to people that are living with a chronic illness or are at risk of getting a chronic illness such as HIV or Diabetes.
It is actually our mission!
We are a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive care to individuals with chronic illnesses. We offer a wide range of services, including medical care, testing, prevention education, case management services, mental health services, and social support. Our goal is to help our clients live long, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
We also aim to help reduce the stigma that is often associated with chronic illnesses such as HIV and encourage the community to seek preventative care and treatment thus encouraging the pattern of good practices.
